Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some last only a few minutes, others until a set date.

Planino also uses your browser's local storage, which works like a cookie but is never sent to a server by itself. What we keep there is listed below too.

Strictly necessary (set without asking)

These are needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and remember settings you chose yourself. They are set without consent, as § 25 (2) TDDDG allows.

Local storage (not cookies)

• planino-consent: remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask on every page. Stays until you change it or clear your browser data.
• sb-…-auth-token: keeps you signed in. Only exists while you are signed in and is removed when you sign out.
• Settings you choose in the app, such as light or dark mode, the pipeline view or the teleprompter speed. Only written when you change them.

Visitor statistics (only with your consent)

The session-id cookie belongs to our host's visitor statistics. It is only set, and statistics are only sent, after you choose "Accept all". Until then a small script on every page holds the statistics back. What the statistics record is described in the Privacy Policy.

We use no advertising cookies, no social media plugins and no tracking by Google. The site's fonts are stored on the site itself, so loading a page sends nothing to a font service.

Cookie Banner

On your first visit a banner offers two equal choices: "Accept all" and "Just the essentials". Until you choose, nothing optional runs.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, in the app's sidebar, and on the sign-in page. Choosing "Just the essentials" withdraws your consent for the future and deletes the session-id cookie at once.

__cf_bm, __dpl and session-id are set by our host, Lovable, and the Cloudflare network it runs on. No other third party sets cookies on planino.studio.

When you pay for a plan you are sent to a checkout page on stripe.com. Stripe sets its own cookies there, under its own Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
