What Planino does today
Planino is a workspace for planning, drafting and publishing short-form video and social posts. It is under active development, and this page lists what works now.
Ideas
Write down a rough idea and keep it as a project. A project can be a video, a picture, a text or an audio piece.
Pipeline board
Move each project through five stages: Idea, Scripted, Recorded, Edited, Done. Archive the ones you will not make.
Script and teleprompter
Write the script on the project page and read it from the built-in teleprompter while you record.
AI drafts
Ask the built-in AI for a script draft, for the text of a post, or for a rewrite of a single field.
Thumbnails and post pictures
Generate a video thumbnail or a picture for a post from a short brief, then refine it with a follow-up instruction.
One post per platform
From one project, create a separate post for each platform, each with its own text and media. Planino checks what a platform accepts before the post goes out.
Scheduling and calendar
Give a post a date and a time. The calendar shows what goes out when, and a scheduled post is sent when its time comes.
Publishing
YouTube videos upload through your own Google connection. Other platforms go out through a publishing service you connect in Settings. A post you publish by hand can be marked as posted.
Media library
Upload a video or a picture once and attach it to the posts that use it.
MCP server for your AI assistant
Create a personal token in Settings. An AI assistant can then read your pipeline, file ideas, prepare posts and attach media through Planino's MCP server.
