Quick Start Guide
Go from a rough idea to a scheduled post in Planino.
Introduction
Planino is a workspace for planning, drafting and publishing short-form video and social posts. You keep each idea as a project, move it through production, and turn it into one post per platform. Planino is free, and it runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
Step 1: Create your account
Open the sign-in page at https://planino.studio/auth and sign up with your email address and a password, or continue with Google. See Creating Your Account for the details.
Step 2: Capture an idea
Click Capture at the top of any app page, or press C when you are not typing in a field. Write the idea in one line and pick its shape: a video, a picture, a text or an audio piece. The idea lands in the Idea stage of your pipeline.
Step 3: Produce it
Open the project to write its script, read the script from the teleprompter while you record, and move the project through the stages Idea, Scripted, Recorded, Edited and Done. The built-in AI can draft the script for you. See Scripts and AI Drafts.
Step 4: Post it
From the project, create one post for each platform you want. Each post has its own text and media, and you can give it a date and a time. To publish from Planino, connect YouTube or a publishing service in Settings. See Posts and Scheduling and Publishing Connections.
